Michael Grossman has over 10 years of legal experience, focusing his practice on all aspects of estate planning and business succession planning, business law, and probate and estate administration.
Mike has extensive experience in planning estates and drafting wills and trusts that cater to both the modest estate as well as the high net worth individual. Mike also implements sophisticated estate planning, charitable planning and wealth transfer techniques to minimize estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxes for the high net worth individual.
Mike advises the closely held business owner on a wide range of legal issues, from the business’s relevant start-up and ongoing legal matters, including the preparation of shareholder agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements and buy-sell agreements, to the transitioning of the owner’s business to family members or unrelated persons during life or upon death.
