Nathan Grossman is the founding partner of the firm with over 30 years of legal and tax experience.
Nate acts as both a legal counselor as well as a tax and business advisor to his clients, many of whom are small businesses and multi-generational families which he has represented for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in all facets of business law, federal and state tax preparation and planning, estate planning and charitable planning, as well as estate and trust administration.
Nate’s ability to counsel his clients from not only the legal perspective, but also from a strategic tax and business perspective, enables him to be an especially effective advisor.
